Are the pandits real and verified?
Yes. Every pandit on our platform is personally interviewed, credential-verified, and trained in authentic Vedic traditions. Many belong to Kashi's centuries-old pandit families and hold degrees from Sampurnanand Sanskrit University.
How do I book a puja?
Choose your puja, click "Book Puja", share your name, Gotra and Sankalp details, pick a date, and complete the secure payment. Our coordinator then confirms your pandit and the muhurat over WhatsApp.
Can I watch the puja live from abroad?
Absolutely. We stream every puja live via WhatsApp video or Zoom. You'll receive a join link before the scheduled time. The full recording is also shared with you afterwards.
What if I don't know my Gotra?
No problem. If your Gotra is unknown, we use the standard "Kashyap Gotra" which is traditionally used in such cases. Our pandits are experienced in handling this situation correctly.
How do I receive prasad if I am outside India?
For NRIs, we send a digital prasad certificate, puja photos, and full HD video. For India-based devotees, physical prasad (Gangajal, rudraksha, sindoor, and sweets) is courier-dispatched within 48 hours of the puja.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, all major credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our secure Razorpay gateway. International cards are also supported for NRI devotees.
What is your refund policy?
If the puja is not conducted due to any reason on our end, you receive a full refund within 3 business days. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the booked time. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Can I book a puja on behalf of my family members?
Yes. You can add the names and Gotra of family members in the Sankalp so the pandit takes their names during the ritual. This is common for prosperity, health and ancestral pujas.
How will I get the puja photos and video?
After the puja is completed, we share high-resolution photos and the full video on your WhatsApp and email, usually within 24 hours of the ritual.
How can I contact you for help?
